Where we deliver

We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Delivered in 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take a little longer. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to each order, and delivery is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. The exact amount is always shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery

You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Before dispatch, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the courier tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
