What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email address and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use your details only to process, confirm and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner for delivery. We never sell your personal information.

Your bag and order page

Items in your shopping bag are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. After you order, a secure cookie lets this browser reopen your order confirmation for 90 days. These are needed for the shop to work. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the shop, such as which pages and products are viewed, and to improve it. Clarity can record anonymised page interactions; everything typed into the checkout form and your order details are masked and never recorded. We never send your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or payment details to these services. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
